Hi everyone! Today this is going to be on a short post on my trip to Johor Bahru in Malaysia. I went there with my colleagues as Willy and I actually wanted a massage to kill off the aching we have been feeling these days. Thus, boss agreed to bring us there. He even recommended the so-called Night Market even though it's in the daytime. Apparently, Pasar Malam is Night Market while Pasar Pagi means Day Market, so yes we went to Pasar Pagi! Indeed, the market looked more like grocery market where everyone went to get from.
Saw this awesome cake shop Moonlight Cake House and was considering the cakes for my 21st. Hahaha, of course this One Piece 2-tiered cake was not what I wanted, this was taken by Willy. It's her favourite, not mine.
Willy and I walked finish and we decided to have some roasted meat and we were going with the flow to queue for the ones sold from the van. However the queue wasn't moving so we went to the one at the side. We got a box for RM7 (~SGD3).
Pasar Pagi's indeed a crowded market for housewives and people who need to get their food from. Opened-area market. (Was wondering what happen if there's rain on that day...)
After having coffee at the market, we went to have Ah Huat Kway Teow! It has one of the best noodles I've eaten in JB, The bowl size I've gotten was small and it cost about RM4 (~SGD2).
Then Boss drove us to Taman Ehsan Jaya for massage. It was our second time here for massage. And this time round, we included Cupping therapy in between our massage for 2 hour of RM78 (~SGD30). We could opt out the Cupping therapy if we hate it a lot. Honestly speaking, it did helped me to loosen up my shoulder and it was pretty effective.
As it was around 1.30pm, Boss had to drive us to The Store instead of AEON (used to be Jusco) where he claimed that there was almost nobody there to shop. Indeed it was quite empty and he gave us only 10 minutes to chop chop for our things and go. Hahaha even so, thanks to the custom, we were only able to make it back for work by 3.10pm sadly... Till then, hopefully there will be more for this and definitely hope it will be a full day trip so we do not have rush here and there!
