Day 3 - 15th November 2014.
Joey and I decided to skip the hotel breakfast and head to Isaac Toast & Coffee again. Seriously speaking this could be my breakfast set everyday! Damn they tasted really good I wish SG has this too! The toast wasn't too crispy yet it had the nice aroma of crispiness and the ingredients were just right for me to fill the fullness. The Chocolate latte wasn't sweet which actually suited my taste bud! It was really filling, you guys should go and try it! (:
We headed back to meet them after their breakfast at the hotel and it was really crazy because we decided to head to the store where they had their dinner the previous day. Willy Momo, Joey and I shared the cold noodles. Now I know why Koreans love this so much when I watch tv dramas, because this' really chilling and cooling. This was different from cold udon noodles from Japanese restaurants I've been to. It was cold, sour and the taste was really SHIOK!
Before we got our way to the airport, Willy Momo and I ordered this Tuna Gimbap. You must be wondering is this for real for the size right? YES THIS WAS ONLY FOR 3,000 WON (~ 4 SGD)! Both of us actually wanted to eat this on our flight to Seoul! While we're consuming this on our 1 hour transit, it seemed like we're about to land at the airport after we looked out the window. Indeed, we've arrived at Gimpo International Airport! ("SEOUL, HERE I COME!~")
As we didn't need tour guides in Seoul, we all gotta split up and hailed cab to the hotel. Here's Willy Momo and Joey! During our journey to the hotel, we got to see places around us and of course it didn't look user-friendly much as the words were mostly all in Korean. Argh, can't understand the words at all... How I wish I've learnt them all!
Due to traffic jam on our way to the hotel, it was almost night time already. Well yeah, here's our hotel (thanks to Willy Momo's booking). It was really pretty when we went in to our room, the toilet was also quite impressive as it had the cleaning system and of course Joey's favourite: bathtub :p! (She'd ask for bathtub whenever we travelled together.)
At the lobby, there's this cafe 'Lotus Coffee' which played a part of our daily morning dosage as they served nice lattes and other beverages. You'd see us coming here everyday for drinks, it's so chilling and addictive :x
As Willy Momo was scouting for food, she found this van selling chickens and all of us decided to get this to fill our tummy. I got a latte up too (And forgotten what's the drink I got already). Yes yes yes, you'd see a group of Singaporeans in a room eating the chickens. Hahaha, sharing food with one another was really nice though!
Willy Momo was looking for the subway to get us to Hongdae and there we were in the midst of the crowd/street. We arrived here and stopped by here as there were really many food on the way! Yummy yummy!~
Had icecream with honey from MilkCow and obviously the cup reminded me of Honey Creme. It had a smooth milky taste and I felt like it didn't taste the same as the one in Honey Creme... It was quite nice actually.
Willy Momo loves cats so much that we were finding the cats cafe and yeah Joey wasn't interested so she headed out to walk on her own. We got to play with the cats and take photos so the rest would be the photos on the cats! Enjoy :)
